Welcome to Coco Loco Cakes.
I first started baking in my early twenties when I wasn’t able to eat dairy or gluten and found there was a real lack of sweet treats to satisfy my sugar cravings. There were some interesting experiments and baking disasters to say the least but eventually I had things tasting pretty good. So, I set out to learn how to make my cakes and biscuits look the real deal and soon became obsessed with learning every skill and technique I could try.
Gradually my little hobby turned into a lot more as friends of friends started asking to order cakes and I ran the business alongside my full time marketing job. I took a little break for a few years after having children and renovating a very (very, very) retro kitchen from the 1970s but I couldn’t stay away for long.
Whatever the occasion, I love nothing more than creating something unique and delicious to help add some extra magic to your celebration.
